Electronic Reference Guidelines Posted

Three new pages have been added to our Intranet under IPRS > Reference Services.  “Answering Referred Email Questions” provides procedures for answering email questions referred to our small and medium sized branches from our QuestionPoint email management service.  “Chat & Qwidget Best Practices” gives guidelines and sample language for librarians doing chat reference.  “Referring QuestionPoint Email Questions” is a document for librarians serving as QuestionPoint Administrators with instruction for how to refer local questions to our small and medium sized libraries.
