At the end of last week, we had our first report of a remote customer being turned away from Morningstar because our 4 licenses were already in use. So far our usage has been high, with very few access issues. Please keep your eyes and ears open for this issue and submit a Tech Report or contact Christa Werle if it comes up. Also remember to sign out and close your browser tabs after you have started a Morningstar session to keep the licenses open for other users. Thank you!
