After doing a search and clicking on a result link, the user is taken back to the original search page with “No results found.” error message. Most recent communication with EBSCO is: “I apologize for the delay in this being handled, and I completely understand your frustrations with this issue. Our engineering team is working to isolate the issue, and is working on this as a critical, top-of-the-line priority. As soon as any new information is provided to me, I will immediately pass it along to you as well.”
